BBD double inlet and double outlet tube coal mill is equivalent to which the pulverizing system of tube coal mills are paralleled together to increase the pulverizing system efficiency.
The raw coal is carried to the entrances of coal mill at two sides by the automatical coal feeder and is delivered into the in-rotating tube by the screw conveyer then the freely dropping and throwing steel balls inside the tube impact and grind the coal into the fine powder.
The hot air is blown into the mill through blowpipe located in the quill shaft at the two sides of coal mill, the coal grinded will be blown up and dried, and also be carried by hot air to pass through the annular interval between the quill shaft and blowpipe and coal conveying pipe to enter into the separator, then the heavy coarse coal is separated to the back coal tube and come into the coal pipe where the coarse coal and raw coal meet, afterwards these coal will be screw-conveyed back the rotating tube for grinding again, the fine coal is transmitted into the powder tube system in the top of separator and delivered to burner nozzle in the boiler.
This series of tube coal mill adopts asymmetrical operation. The coal can be fed in one side, and extracted from the other side or two sides, which can flexible the coal mill operation, especially the coal mill can be operated freely by option.
BBD Tube coal mill is comprised of separator, tube, transmission, main bearing, bellows, screw conveyer, electrics parts, lubricant and other auxiliary parts.
According to the arrangement of separator at site the mill has two options of separated structure or compact structure for customer.
There is also other configurations with options of hydraulic roof tank, or steel ball feeder or slow driver and every specifications of steel ball for customers.
The lubricant system of this series of is comprised of main bear which is be lubricated with static and dynamic pressure and gears which is lubricated with dry oil sprayed.
The feeding level inside of this type series of mill is controlled by the micro-computer interlocking through the differential pressure and electronic ears, and the variation from the boiler load to mill load leading to changing the coal feeder speed can be achieved the auto control.
