PYT Cone Crusher
The cone crusher with the feature of reliable structure, stable operation, high production, easy adjustment and grain uniform is mainly used for intermediate crushing or fine crushing any kinds of various hardness ore or rock in metallurgy, chemical works, construction materials, hydraulic power and road building industries.
There are three types of cone crusher, each of which has five specifications of 600mm(this value is not applied for the single cylinder), 900mm, 1200mm, 1750mm(1650mm is applied for the single cylinder), 2200mm, every specification has different chambers of standard, mediate and short head, which can satisfy with different customer’s requirement and different procedure required for the mediate crushing and fine crushing.
Our company can provide spring-insured Symons cone crusher. This kind of cone crusher has superiority in production, grain uniformity, high fineness, long life components, high operating efficiency and low cost of producing and maintaining.
Simmons Cone Crusher has six specification of 2'(600), 3' (900), 4'(1200), 4_ (1300), 5_ (1650), 7'(2100), each of which has two forms of the standard type and the short head type, every form has four kinds of crushing chambers of the fine, the medium, the coarse and the extra-coarse i.e. Each specification has eight kinds of chambers for users reference and different procedure required for the mediate crushing and fine crushing.
Compared with the standard type, the short head type has longer parallel area of the crushing chamber, and which is suitable for crushing the smaller grain of material and the fine output required.
The spring-insured cone crusher, multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and Simmons cone crusher are all mainly composed of transmission part, support bushing, adjusting bushing, eccentric bushing, bowl-shaped bearing rack, cone crushing part, feeding support, hydraulic and lubrication system, spring part (multi-cylinder is the cylinder insured part). Simmons cone crusher has two more cleaning chambers than other two models.
The single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is composed of transmission part, eccentric bushing part, cone crushing part, feeding support part, hydraulic cylinder part, hydraulic lubrication system and other parts, which has the simple structure and is easy to utilize and maintain.
When the crusher is working, the rotation of the motor drives the eccentric bushing through a coupling or a pulley, the transmission shaft and the bevel gear then the cone crushing part is swinging around a fixed point under the force of the eccentric bushing so that the mantles of the cone crushing part can close to or leave from the surface of concave fixed on the adjusting bushing part or upper rack part, which force the ore are constantly be impacted, compressed and bended so as to be crushed in the crushing chamber. The ore crushed can be drained from the crushing chamber by itself weight.
When the foreign matter which can not be crushed passes through the crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the spring or hydraulic insured system can guarantee the crusher and widen the drainage outlet. When the foreign matter is discharged from the crushing chamber the discharging opening is automatically reset under the effect of spring or hydraulic cylinder then the crusher returns to normal work.
Simmons cone crusher can also be equipped with automatic feeding and rate control system as per the customers required so as to obtain the best production.
The parameters of multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher are the same as those of spring cone crusher.
